My Development

Growing and developing our team is essential and we embrace the opportunity to develop individuals. Having the right core values for the organisation is essential, but we can train skills and we are open to this across all areas.

  • We support individuals from the start of their employment, through a structured and information sharing induction process, led both centrally by our People Team and locally by line managers
  • We have job descriptions which reflect what people do and expectations of each role
  • We offer internal and external training
  • We offer the opportunity to transfer into different roles
  • We promote from within the organisation but also hire the expertise to support this if we need to
  • We promote and encourage the learning of new skills across the business
  • We train our managers and anyone identified as emerging talent in managemental fundamentals

My Communication

We are committed to keeping our people up to date with what is going on both locally in your business but also on a wider Group basis. We have a dedicated communications platform called Engage that is linked to your PeopleHR account but is best accessed via the app that can be downloaded to any smart device.

Divisions have their own methods of communicating and you may see quarterly newsletters, magazines and manager briefings from across the Group.

We also share many of our good news stories on the various LinkedIn accounts across the Group so make sure you give each one a follow!
