R&G Fluid Power acquires Abbey Seals

We are pleased to announce that R&G Fluid Power Group Ltd has completed the acquisition of Abbey Seals International Ltd, the leading Irish manufacturer and supplier of seals, gaskets and polymer solutions.

Founded over 40 years ago, Abbey Seals is a family-run business that has built a strong reputation for technical expertise and customer service. Abbey Seals serves a broad range of industries including manufacturing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, energy, water treatment and general engineering.

Operating from modern facilities in Dublin and Cork, Abbey Seals offers a comprehensive range of products and services, including O-rings, oil seals, gaskets, bonded seals and bespoke sealing solutions. Their extensive product range, capabilities and rapid-response manufacturing model complements and strengthens R&G Fluid Power Group’s existing sealing, hose and fluid power offering.

The acquisition of Abbey Seals further enhances R&G Fluid Power Group’s presence in Ireland and represents a strategic step in expanding the Group’s capability to deliver high-quality engineered solutions to customers across the UK and Ireland.
