We are delighted to announce that R&G Fluid Power Group Ltd has successfully completed the acquisition of Sealco International Ltd, a leading supplier and manufacturer of high-performance sealing solutions.
Established in 1991, Sealco International has built an outstanding reputation for providing specialist sealing expertise and technical support for some of the most demanding industrial applications. With decades of experience and extensive technical knowledge, the business has become a trusted partner to customers across a wide range of sectors requiring reliable, sealing solutions.
Operating from its headquarters in Halesowen West Midlands, together with its Scottish operation in Aberdeenshire, Sealco offers an extensive range of sealing products including PTFE seals, metal seals, O-rings, gaskets, spring-energised seals, hydraulic and pneumatic seals and bespoke engineered sealing solutions. The company is also recognised for its in-house manufacturing capabilities and rapid-response service, enabling the supply of both standard and custom-made products to meet customer requirements.
Sealco’s expertise in specialist sealing applications and strong technical support complement and enhance R&G Fluid Power Group’s existing capabilities. The acquisition further strengthens the Group’s position in the sealing and engineered solutions market, while expanding its ability to support customers with a broader range of products, services and technical expertise.
