Dec 2020
R&G Fluid Power Group has appointed Jaime Capilla in the new role of Group Business Development Manager for the North East.
Jaime (pronounced Hi-me) has a wealth of experience in fluid power products having spent his career in the industry learning his trade with notable companies such as Arco, Amnitec, Flowtech, Hydrasun and most recently representing ABB, where he managed large contracts for flow control and instrumentation for blue-chip clients. Before being head-hunted to represent ABB in the North of England Jaime had several very successful years with Integraflex. It is fantastic to have him back within the group for this new role.
Jaime will be working closely with Paul Richardson (Group Business Development Director) on several R&G projects in the North East including the imminent move and integration of Integraflex and Henry Gallacher into an impressive new 10,000 sq. ft. facility.
The teams at Integraflex, Henry Gallachers and Northern Hose/Cleveland Flexibles currently have very successful but largely autonomous routes to market, often dealing with the same clients and not realising it.
Working closely with the management teams, Jaime will represent R&G Fluid Power Group and the basket of products on offer. This simplifies life for the customer with one contact for a range of products and ensures the group are working efficiently to maximise sales opportunities.
As the role develops this will extend to promoting some of the other group company capabilities, for example hydraulic projects through Global Hydraulic Services or compressed air through Pennine Pneumatic Services.
The reputation of these Teesside stalwarts, the advantages that the R&G Fluid Power Group offer and the quality of the staff and service, means Jaime has a strong start for successfully growing business in the North East.
Welcome to the R&G Fluid Power team Jaime Capilla.
