2020 sees the launch of the R&G Fluid Power Group's new HR system
2020 sees the launch of the R&G Fluid Power Group's new HR system, People HR. The R&G Fluid Power Group recognised that in order to look after it's employees to the best of their ability, there needed to be an online solution to help the Group be more transparent, collaborative and effective as a whole.
Some Key Benefits for the Group
- Employees have a lot more control and transparency over their annual leave, making requests remotely via the People HR app or from their desktop;
- Sickness will be logged through the system, utilising the Bradford Scheme, making this a focus for improvements across the Group;
- Performance Management can also be controlled via the system, helping employees and Managers to ensure that expectations are being met by the Group;
- You can view or sign all relevant company documents and policies/processes;
- The system is also fully GDPR compliant;
- From People HR, you will be able to view and find all the employees within the Group and really understand what a great Group you are a part of.
It doesn't stop there, the system has much more to offer us as a Group and there will be future roll outs, demonstrating the systems capabilities throughout 2020.
