An R&G Fluid Power Group acquisition will be a Fluid Power based businesses with a market leading local geographical presence and may have technical bias to complement the existing group and a proven management team with specialist knowledge and skills.

When we commenced trading in February 2017, the Group acquired the whole of the Millennium Couplings Group and since them we have acquired a further 20 businesses. Most of our acquisitions have been from owners looking to retire whilst maintaining continuity for key management team members.
Most sellers have continued to work for their company or the group for a transition period, some remain fully employed in their businesses and some have been asked to join our group management team.
We aim to maintain each new business’ position in the market, protecting relationships with its customers and major suppliers.
